Well, it is that time of year again; it's Hot Dog Eatin' season. They released the Nathan's qualifier schedule a few days ago, and to our delight, there will be one in Charlotte again this year! I don't know if Jamie will try to qualify again or not (I hope she does!) but regardless, we'll be there as loyal fans and cannot wait. Atlanta is also hosting a qualifier which would only be a few hours away...so who knows, we might show up there too! Any excuse for a trip during the summer seems valid to me.
As of right now, we plan on being in NYC on the 4th of July. This has been a dream of ours for many, many years. Hopefully that dream will materialize this summer. No definite plans are set in stone yet but we're toying with the idea of taking a week-long road trip up north, stopping at all kinds of fun places on the way. Who knows though, if plane tickets are as cheap as they say they are going to be, we might be better off flying. Stay tuned!

I'm going to try to make the trek to Minneapolis or Kansas City. And hopefully I will see you in NYC!
